Before You Order

Beast and Beauty Aesthetics accepts the following payment methods: PayPal and credit card (Mastercard and Visa) and AfterPay.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are a great way to gift a friend or family member. Gift cards can be purchased on the Beast and Beauty Aesthetics website. Gift cards are sent in the form of an email. You can elect to have the gift card sent directly to the recipient. Please ensure you enter the correct email address to avoid delays.

Gift cards can be redeemed at a later date by entering the gift card number at the payment section at check out.

Gift cards range from $50 – $500

Our gift cards do not expire.

Any purchase made with a gift card where a refund is request will be refunded in the form of a store credit only.

Discount coupons codes and gift cards are not eligible with existing sales or promotions.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless you choose a different currency from the currency drop down box.

Full payment is required at the completion of your order in the shopping cart.

Beast and Beauty Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you via email and a full refund will be processed using the original payment method received.

Can I Make A Change To An Existing Order?

Once you have hit the pay and confirm order our team is underway getting your order ready for shipment.

Once your order has been placed and your order confirmation has been emailed to you, you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order once you have received it, please refer to the returns, refunds and exchanges policy.

You will also receive any great news we want to share about new and restocked Beast and Beauty Aesthetics products. As a member you can also proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase, check the status of orders, gift cards, as well as view your order history. Afterpay

If you pay for our products or services using Afterpay, the prevailing terms and conditions of Afterpay will apply, which you can find at WWW.AFTERPAY.COM. [In particular, you should be aware that if you are purchasing products and /or services using Afterpay, the minimum order value is $100 (incl. GST) and maximum order value is $1,000 (incl. GST). This is also inclusive of delivery charges (if applicable). Returns, Refunds And Exchanges

If you change your mind, you can return most products (see below) within 20 days from the purchase date provided the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. You will need to provide an original Beast and Beauty Aesthetics receipt or online tax invoice which includes reference to the item you are returning; and
  • The product must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached and in resalable condition (it must not have been damaged or altered in any way).

We do not accept the return of products that at the time of purchase were on sale or promotions.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method received.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 days of being received. Email notice will be given.

To return items

First sent an email to sales@beastandbeauty.com.au and include in the subject file “Returns and Exchanges

Please include the following information within the body of the email:

  • Name of person who made the purchase
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Order number:  this can be found in the order confirmation email sent to you.
  • Date of purchase
  • Please specify the items you wish to return and if you would like a refund of a store credit

A Beast and Beauty team member will then send an email to you with further instructions.

Return Shipping

Postage and handling costs for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser. Postage costs for purchase will not be refunded unless the product has a manufacturing fault.

Warranty

We endeavour to be consistent in the colours and sizes of our garments, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Please also note that due to monitor settings colours may appear slightly different via the website.

All Beast and Beauty Aesthetics garments have a 3-month warranty period from date of purchase.

We will replace manufacturing defect inside of the 3-month warranty period.

Clear photos of the defect will be required to assist to determine further assistance.
