Once your order and payment is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation that your order has been dispatched. The email will have your order ID number, the shipping method you have selected, and the items you have ordered. Shipping times commence once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and you have received a confirmation email that the order is on its way. If you are unsure of the method of shipping you have selected for your order, you can view this on your order confirmation email.
All orders placed before 2pm VIC time are dispatched same business day, otherwise orders placed after 2pm VIC time will be dispatched next business day. An order confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our Melbourne-based distribution center.
Beast and Beauty Aesthetics cannot accept liability for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, strikes etc.) delays experienced by the couriers. Beast and Beauty Aesthetics offers express shipping as an option for international deliveries. We strongly recommend this option to ensure your order comes with tracking, as Beast and Beauty Aesthetics cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
Shipping within Australia is carried by Australia Post or Sendle, using a road-delivery network that is efficient and speedy.

When your order is over AU$100 you will receive shipping for free. Australian orders only.

When will my order arrive?
In most areas within Australia shipping takes 1-3 business days from the day it was fulfilled by our warehouse in Melbourne. In some remote areas (Darwin or Perth) delivery can take up to 10 business days.
We want to make sure your item(s) gets to you safe and sound, so we require a signature on all of our deliveries. If you are not home to receive your package, our courier will take it to your local post office where it can be collected at your earliest convenience.

In the event that you refuse to accept the delivery of the order, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our warehouse, excluding the cost you paid for shipping as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.
